Shipping & Returns 

Unless stated otherwise on product page, all print and apparel orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days. Original custom art commissions are shipped within 6-8 weeks of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and original nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
