Please note all sales are final. As a small business, each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. While I always strive to ship print orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary depending on order volume, stock levels and the nature of the items purchased.

If you need a print by a specific date, please don't hesitate to reach out before or after placing your order. I'll do my best to work with you and find a solution whenever possible.

Original custom art commissions require additional production time and are shipped within 6–8 weeks of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information. If an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and original nature of my artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging. I will review the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
